Service DNA can be cultivated if people are committed and persistent in pursuing humility. Organisations have to keep believing in their people if they really want to develop a culture of excellence in service and people.

The service DNA is a holistic approach for integrating and aligning an organisation's culture and its people attitudes to the customer experiences that aim to create, attract and retain its customers for long term business sustainability.
